Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. This page explains how to delete your ScanSync account and what happens to your data.

What Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion, we will permanently delete:

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please export any scans you want to keep before requesting deletion.

How to Request Deletion

Option 1: From the App

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account and follow the prompts.

Option 2: Email Request

Send an email to our support team with the subject line "Account Deletion Request":

Please include the email address associated with your Google Sign-In.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

Deleting your ScanSync account does not affect:

To revoke ScanSync's access to these services, visit your Google Account permissions or Microsoft Account permissions.
